Bartender / Server – Job Description (JD)Position: Bartender & Service StaffKey Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve mocktails, beverages, and other menu drinks as per standard recipes.
- Take customer orders politely and accurately.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter and service area.
- Ensure proper stock handling and report shortages to the manager.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Suggest drinks, combos, and add-ons to customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
- Follow cafe rules, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Handle billing/POS support when required.

Requirements:

- Experience in cafe/restaurant service preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of mocktail and beverage preparation.
- Smart, presentable, and team-oriented.
- Flexible to work in shifts and busy hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
