We are looking for a confident and target-driven *Business Development Executive* to help grow our financial services business.
The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, pitching relevant financial services, managing follow-ups, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with potential clients through calls and other channels.
* Understand client requirements and pitch relevant financial services.
* Manage follow-ups and drive conversions.
* Handle the sales process from initial interaction to conversion.
* Maintain and manage the prospect pipeline.
* Coordinate with internal teams for client handover.
* Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Candidate Profile
*0–2 years of experience* in sales, business development, telecalling, BFSI, or financial services.
* Freshers with robust communication and pitching skills may apply.
* Basic understanding of *finance and financial products* is preferred.
* Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable with sales targets and consistent follow-ups.
* Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
What We're Looking For
Someone who can *communicate confidently, understand client needs, pitch effectively, and drive conversions.*
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
