Job Purpose

The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and business-development strategies to increase the company’s customer base, revenue, market presence, and brand visibility across logistics and supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, client references, digital marketing and industry contacts.
- Develop current customers for FTL, Part Load, Express, Warehousing and other logistics services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.

2. Marketing Strategy

- Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Identify new markets, industries and customer segments for business expansion.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.
- Develop promotional campaigns for logistics and supply chain services.
- Strengthen the company’s brand image and market positioning.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Focus on customer retention, repeat business and account growth.
- Handle important customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

- Set monthly, quarterly and annual business-development targets.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.




- Develop pricing and commercial strategies in coordination with management.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
- Monitor conversion ratios, revenue, volumes and customer acquisition.

5. Team Management

- Lead, guide and motivate the marketing and business-development team.
- Set individual targets and review team performance regularly.
- Train team members on logistics products, customer handling and business-development techniques.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads and opportunities by the team.

6. Digital & Brand Marketing

- Plan and manage digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn, social media, website and online campaigns.
- Coordinate development of company presentations, brochures, marketing materials and promotional content.
- Improve online visibility and brand awareness of the company.
- Generate leads through digital and B2B marketing activities.

7. Market Intelligence

- Track market trends, competitor pricing, service offerings and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for new products, routes and services.
- Provide regular market feedback and recommendations to management.

8. Coordination with Operations

- Work closely with Operations, Pricing, Finance and Customer Service teams.
- Ensure that customer commitments made during business development can be operationally delivered.
- Take feedback from customers and coordinate internally for service improvement.

9. Reporting & MIS

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and business-development reports.
- Monitor lead generation, conversion, revenue, customer acquisition and retention.
- Present performance updates and future business plans to management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
