At Danfoss Drives, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our global Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform built on Polarion. Your work will help engineering and business teams collaborate more effectively, improve product development processes, and deliver high-quality solutions that support innovation worldwide.

By driving customization, integration, and continuous improvement across the Polarion ecosystem, you will help create seamless digital experiences that enable better decisions, stronger traceability, and faster product development outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Design, develop, and customize Polarion solutions, including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Build Polarion extensions, plugins, widgets, and live reports using Java, JavaScript, APIs, and Apache Velocity.
- Configure and administer Polarion artifacts such as Work Items, Documents, Plans, Test Runs, Permissions, and Traceability.
- Integrate Polarion with enterprise applications, preferably Siemens Teamcenter/PLM, and support upgrades, defect fixes, and performance improvements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, contribute to testing and releases, and provide technical guidance and development standards.




- Establish development best practices and provide technical guidance that strengthens solution quality and long-term sustainability

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of Polarion ALM development, configuration, customization, and support experience.
- Strong expertise in Polarion workflows, work items, live reports, dashboards, forms, APIs, and extensions.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, Apache Velocity, SQL, and Polarion plugin/extension development.
- Experience integrating Polarion with Teamcenter/PLM and other enterprise systems, plus solution design and technical analysis.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; AI solution exposure is a plus.
