- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to school admissions and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about school programs, admission procedures, and facilities.
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain a lead database.
- Schedule appointments for school visits, counseling, or admission interviews.
- Maintain good communication and rapport with parents.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead management.
- Prepare and maintain daily call records and reports.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Balongi, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
