1. Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other sales channels.

- 2. Communicate with potential customers in a sweet, calm, polite, patient, and professional manner.
- 3. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products.
- Build trust and robust relationships with parents and family members purchasing clothing for children.
- 4. Follow up consistently with interested customers without sounding pushy or aggressive.
- 5. Convert customer enquiries and leads into successful orders and sales.
- Handle customer questions, doubts, pricing concerns, size queries, and objections confidently and effectively.
- 6. Maintain excellent patience, composure, and professionalism, even while dealing with difficult, demanding, or indecisive customers.
- 7. Close sales efficiently while ensuring a positive and satisfying customer experience.
- Manage WhatsApp conversations professionally and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.




- 8.Maintain proper follow-up records and ensure that no potential customer or sales opportunity is missed.
- 9. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
- Support the brand in offline sales activities, including exhibitions, events, store interactions, and customer meetings whenever required.
- Collect and share customer feedback, common questions, concerns, and market insights with the team to help improve the overall sales process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
