Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Analyze system specifications and requirements to design effective test coverage. •Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Genesys Cloud and IVR applications.
- Execute test cases, track results, and identify/report defects using Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely defect closure.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression,



and reporting validations for contact center systems.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

•3–6 years of experience in Genesys Contact Centre testing. •Solid knowledge of Genesys softphone use (WDE, WWE, or CTI connector).

- Experience in testing Salesforce + Genesys CRM application integrations.
- Proficiency in Contact Centre Reports validation.
- Ability to write detailed test scripts from designs (e.g., call flow test cases from Visio diagrams).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and test processes.
