The Placement Expert will drive employment outcomes for candidates trained under short-term skill development programs. The primary focus is establishing industry networks, executing placement drives, and ensuring trainees transition into formal employment.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Engagement & Networking

- Build corporate networks across targeted sectors to source job openings.
- Pitch skilling initiatives to corporate HRs, recruiters, and staffing agencies.
- Onboard corporate partners for Internships/ apprenticeships/ Placements
- Analyze market trends to align training with real-time industry demands.

Placement Execution & Coordination

- Organize recruitment events, mega job fairs and campus placement drives.
- Map trainee profiles with relevant employer vacancies for optimal conversion.
- Manage interview setups, including shortlisting, scheduling and logistics.
- Secure offer letters and facilitate student onboarding processes.

Student Readiness & Counseling

- Conduct career counseling sessions to align student expectations with realities.
- Deliver resume-building workshops and qualified interview prep sessions.




- Collaborate with trainers to boost candidates' soft skills and professionalism.

Data Management & Compliance

- Maintain detailed databases tracking student placements and hiring employers.
- Collect employment verification files (offer letters, salary slips) for project audits.
- Monitor retention metrics by checking in with candidates post-placement.
- Generate periodic MIS reports for management and government or CSR funders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Social Work, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 3 years & above of experience in placements and corporate recruitment.

Core Competencies

- Strong communication skills for pitching and negotiating with corporate heads.
- Results-driven approach with a proven record of meeting strict placement targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically advanced Excel, for managing tracking logs.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for industry outreach and employer visits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
