Job Summary

Noot Chocolate Company is looking for a responsible and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen and food production operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring product quality, maintaining hygiene standards, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen and food production activities.
- Monitor food preparation and ensure products are prepared according to company standards.
- Assign duties to kitchen staff and monitor their performance.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw materials and ingredients.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team for raw material requirements.
- Reduce wastage and support effective cost control.




- Ensure kitchen equipment and work areas are clean and properly maintained.
- Train and guide kitchen staff on standard operating procedures, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Maintain smooth workflow and ensure production targets are completed on time.
- Report production issues, stock shortages, equipment problems, and other concerns to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in a food production or chocolate/food manufacturing setting will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
