Job Description

- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Manage guest seating, table allocation and reservations.
- Handle walk-ins and waiting lists.
- Escort guests to their tables and coordinate with the F&B; team.
- Handle guest queries and requests.
- Assist with VIP and special-category guests.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
- Maintain professional grooming and presentation.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Hostess, Restaurant Host, Guest Relations, F&B; or similar hospitality roles.
- Valuable English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, confident and presentable personality.
- Hotel, resort,



fine-dining or premium restaurant experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Agonda, South Goa are welcome.
