Job Title: Retail Sales Officer (RSO)

Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Explain jewellery designs, gold/diamond specifications, pricing, offers, and product benefits.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is well-presented.
- Follow company policies related to billing, inventory, security, and customer service.
- Support stock checking, product movement, and daily store operations.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with leads for potential sales.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to achieve store objectives.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in jewellery/fashion/luxury retail sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid selling and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, confident, and well-groomed personality.
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery pricing.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a retail environment.
- Graduate/12th pass preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
