Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities in a manufacturing unit producing chocolates and chocolate-based products. The candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, manpower, quality, productivity, and timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily production activities and production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively across production lines.
- Monitor production processes, machinery, and raw material usage.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and wastage.
- Maintain daily production records, reports, and MIS.
- Monitor wastage, yield,



productivity, and material consumption.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of chocolate and chocolate-based products.
- Train and guide production workers on SOPs, safety, hygiene, and work practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred.
- 5–6 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the food/FMCG/chocolate manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and manpower handling.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
