About the Role Optimize our full seed processing line — elevators, pre-cleaner, de-stoner, indent cylinder, seed grader, and gravity separator — for maximum efficiency across varying seed lots.

Key Responsibilities

· Fine-tune airflow, sieve selection, and deck settings across pre-cleaner, grader, de-stoner, indent cylinder, and gravity separator

· Set correct feed rate per machine based on seed lot (moisture, density, trash load)

· Ensure smooth seed flow and capacity matching across elevators/conveyors to avoid blockages or damage

· Root-cause troubleshooting of efficiency losses — poor separation, seed loss, high rejects

· Re-calibrate the line for each new seed lot/crop to maintain consistent output quality

Requirements





· Experience with a seed/grain processing equipment manufacturer (application, commissioning, or service) OR hands-on seed plant experience

· Solid working knowledge of machine internals and airflow/sieve/deck mechanics

· Ability to diagnose from first principles, not just checklists

· Agri/Mechanical Engineering background preferred

Nice to Have: Experience with Indosaw, Fowler Westrup, Cimbria, or similar; multi-crop line experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
