Recruitment Head – Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Head with strong experience in the manufacturing industry to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our manufacturing plant.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, plant manpower recruitment, workforce planning, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
- Handle bulk recruitment and manpower requirements for the manufacturing plant.
- Hire candidates across levels including ITI, Diploma, Engineers, Supervisors, Executives, and Managers.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, references, and local sourcing.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Manage recruitment team and monitor daily recruitment activities and targets.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with respective departments.
- Track offers, joining status, back-outs, and recruitment metrics.




- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
- Improve recruitment processes, joining ratio, and time-to-hire.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.

Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing plant recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
- Experience in bulk hiring and manpower planning.
- Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment portals, LinkedIn, consultancy hiring, and local sourcing.
- Candidates with experience in Engineering, Chemical, Polymer, Plastic, Solar, Automobile, FMCG, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
