Job Title: Tele Calling Executive – Cattle Feed

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Tele Calling Executive – Cattle Feed to promote and sell cattle feed products through telephone calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting farmers, dairy farm owners, dealers and retailers, explaining products, taking orders, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make daily outbound calls to farmers, dairy farms, dealers, retailers and potential customers.

2. Explain cattle feed products, benefits, pricing and offers clearly to customers.

3. Generate new leads and convert enquiries into sales.

4. Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.

5. Maintain regular communication with customers and develop good relationships.

6. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cattle feed products.

7.



Take customer orders and coordinate with the sales/dispatch team for timely delivery.

8. Maintain daily call records, enquiry details, order status and follow-up reports.

9. Follow up on pending enquiries and prospective customers.

10. Collect market feedback regarding customer requirements, competitor products and pricing.

11. Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.

12. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

13. Coordinate with field sales representatives for customer visits whenever required.

Qualification:

1. Any Graduate preferred.

2. Candidates with experience in Telesales, Telecalling, FMCG, Agriculture, Dairy or Cattle Feed will be preferred.

3. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Required Skills:

1. Good Tamil communication skills; basic English knowledge preferred.

2. Valuable telephone communication and convincing skills.

3. Customer relationship management.

4. Sales and negotiation skills.

5. Target-oriented approach.

6. Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience:
1–3 years in Telesales / Telecalling / Sales. Experience in cattle feed or agri-inputs is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
