We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in freight brokerage, carrier sourcing, load booking, rate negotiation, and shipment coordination.

Responsibilities

- Source and book freight loads with reliable carriers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, transporters, and customers.
- Negotiate freight rates and transportation terms.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment schedules.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates.
- Resolve transportation and delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate load, carrier, and customer records.
- Identify new freight opportunities and help grow the brokerage business.

Requirements

- 6 months of experience in freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, or 3PL.




- Experience with carrier sourcing and rate negotiation.
- Strong understanding of freight transportation operations.
- Existing relationships with carriers/transporters are a robust advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple loads and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in freight brokerage, truckload brokerage, 3PL, carrier sales are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
