About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Videographer who can independently handle the complete video content process — from conceptualization and shooting to editing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills along with hands-on experience in videography, food photography/video, restaurant shoots, social media content, Reels, and promotional videos. The candidate should have a good understanding of how to visually present food, ambience, events, and hospitality experiences in an engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality video content for restaurants, cafés, events, food launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Shoot food and beverage content with a robust focus on presentation, plating, textures, and overall visual appeal.
- Capture restaurant ambience, guest experiences, events, behind-the-scenes content, and team activities.
- Handle the complete video production process from shooting to editing and final output.
- Edit videos according to the brand's visual identity and social media requirements.
- Add appropriate music, transitions, text, sound effects, colour correction, and motion graphics.
- Create fast-paced and trend-driven content suitable for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Social Media, F&B;, and Operations teams to understand content requirements.




- Develop creative concepts and suggest new ideas for food and restaurant-related content.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, Reel formats, editing styles, transitions, and viral content trends.
- Ensure all content is delivered within the required timelines.
- Maintain proper organization and backup of raw footage, edited videos, and other content assets.
- Assist in photography and other visual-content requirements whenever required.

Food & Restaurant Content Skills

The candidate should have a strong eye for:

- Food plating and presentation
- Food close-ups and detail shots
- Slow-motion food shots
- Pouring, garnishing, cooking and preparation videos
- Beverage and cocktail shots
- Restaurant ambience and interiors
- Chef and kitchen action shots
- Guest experience and event coverage
- Product/food launch videos

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Good knowledge of colour grading and colour correction.
- Knowledge of sound editing, music synchronization, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Strong videography and camera-handling skills.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, camera angles, and storytelling.
- Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, tripods,



and other video equipment.
- Knowledge of smartphone videography is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Ability to work independently from concept to final video.
- Good creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mass Communication, Film Making, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Photography, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in video editing and videography.
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, food, lifestyle, FMCG, or digital marketing industry will be an advantage.
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both editing and videography skills.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not just an editor, but a complete content creator who can think of an idea, shoot it professionally, edit it creatively, and deliver social-media-ready content.

Candidates with strong food videography and restaurant content portfolios will be given preference.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
