Job Summary

We are looking for an IT & Cyber Security professional responsible for managing day-to-day IT infrastructure, ensuring system and network security, protecting company data, and supporting employees with IT-related requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience in IT support as well as basic to intermediate cyber security practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure & Support

- Manage desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and other IT assets.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, passwords, and email IDs.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper allocation and handover.
- Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and external service providers when required.
- Maintain regular backups of critical company data.

Cyber Security

- Monitor and maintain company IT systems against security threats.
- Implement basic cyber security controls, including antivirus, firewall, endpoint protection, and access controls.
- Monitor suspicious activities, unauthorized access, malware, phishing attempts, and security incidents.
- Ensure timely security updates, patches, and software upgrades.
- Conduct regular checks of user access and system permissions.
- Support implementation of data protection and information security policies.




- Educate employees on phishing, password security, email security, and safe internet practices.
- Assist in handling and documenting cyber security incidents.

Email & Data Security

- Manage official email accounts and access permissions.
- Monitor email security issues such as phishing and suspicious attachments.
- Ensure proper backup and protection of key company data.
- Control access to confidential information based on employee roles.
- Support secure sharing and storage of company documents.

IT Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, asset records, access logs, and security documentation.
- Maintain records of software licenses, warranties, and IT contracts.
- Conduct periodic IT security and asset audits.
- Ensure employees follow company IT and information security policies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic server administration.
- Good understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and networking.
- Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security, and access management.
- Understanding of common cyber security threats and preventive measures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and business email systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and employee-support skills.




- Ability to manage multiple IT issues and priorities independently.

- CompTIA Security+
- CompTIA Network+
- CCNA
- CEH
- Microsoft / Azure certifications
- Any relevant Cyber Security certification

Qualification

Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure, and cyber security.
- Hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to data security and confidentiality.
- Should be comfortable supporting users across office, showroom, warehouse, and site locations.
- Willingness to respond to urgent IT/security issues when required.

Pay: ₹10,693.49 - ₹55,355.67 per month
