About the Role :
Own the post-purchase lifecycle across email, SMS and WhatsApp to grow repeat purchases, customer LTV and CRM-driven revenue across our brands.
Key Responsibilities:-
Build and optimise lifecycle flows
welcome, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase, winback, replenishment across email, SMS and WhatsApp
Own segmentation, the campaign calendar and A/B testing to lift repeat rate and LTV
Manage list growth, deliverability and compliance (consent, opt-outs)
Report on CRM revenue contribution and retention cohorts
Must-Have Skills & Tools:-
Klaviyo (flows, segments, campaigns) and Shopify
WhatsApp marketing platforms (Wati/Interakt/Gupshup) and SMS
Solid segmentation and A/B testing discipline
3–5 years in D2C/eCommerce retention or CRM marketing
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
