Job Summary

Suyog Electricals Limited is looking for a Technical Engineer – Electrical to support technical documentation, customer queries, tender requirements, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a B.E. in Electrical Engineering with valuable technical understanding and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Datasheets, GTP (Guaranteed Technical Particulars), and QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) as per Indian Standards and customer specifications.
- Study technical specifications, customer requirements, drawings, and tender documents.
- Prepare technical documents as per tender/inquiry requirements.
- Handle technical queries from customers through email and phone.
- Review customer drawings/specifications and provide technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with Tender, Sales, Marketing, Production, and Quality teams.
- Coordinate with Production and QC teams to resolve technical issues during manufacturing.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, records,



and filing.
- Assist in preparing type test reports and test certificates.
- Update daily activities and technical queries in CRM software.
- Support the pre-sales/estimation team with technical inputs for quotations.
- Stay updated with relevant IS/IEC standards applicable to electrical equipment.

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Preferred Candidate

- Freshers to 1 year of experience in Electrical / Wires & Cables / Electrical Equipment industry.
- Candidates with knowledge of technical documentation, tender specifications, or electrical standards will be preferred.
