Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the storage, inventory, inward and outward movement, reconciliation, and documentation of alcoholic beverages while ensuring accurate stock control and compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily receiving, storage, and issue of alcoholic beverages
- Maintain accurate records of liquor stock and inventory movements
- Verify incoming stock against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans
- Maintain proper storage conditions and organized stock placement
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock counts and reconciliation
- Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requirements
- Track bottle-wise and SKU-wise inventory
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, F&B;, Bar, and Management teams
- Monitor stock variances, breakage, wastage, and pilferage
- Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward stock movements
- Prepare inventory reports, consumption reports, and reconciliation statements
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable excise/liquor regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and restricted access to the liquor store





Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of inventory and store management
- Experience handling liquor/alcoholic beverage inventory
- Good knowledge of stock reconciliation and documentation
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in stores/inventory management
- Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, clubs, or beverage distribution preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience handling liquor stores, hotel bars, resort inventory, or beverage warehouses
- Knowledge of liquor stock reconciliation, breakage control, and excise documentation is an added advantage

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
