About the Role

Drona Cyber Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Cybersecurity Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring aspiring cybersecurity professionals. The role involves delivering practical cybersecurity training, developing learning modules, and guiding students and professionals in building industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on cybersecurity concepts and tools for students and professionals.

Develop and update training materials, course modules, and lab exercises aligned with industry practices.

Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical labs in areas such as network security, ethical hacking, and vulnerability assessment.

Evaluate participant performance through assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and career support to trainees.

Stay updated with latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends to enhance training content.

Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to maintain training quality and relevance.

Technical Areas

- Network Security

- Vulnerability Assessment

Qualifications

- Master’s Degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or related technical domains.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
- Preferred Certifications
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- CISSP
- Other relevant cybersecurity certifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
