About the Role Join our HR team to gain practical, hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and basic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing: Post jobs and recruit potential candidates via social media, job boards, and LinkedIn.
Screening: Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates.
Interviewing: Schedule interview rounds and communicate with applicants.
Tracking & Onboarding: Maintain candidate pipelines in Google Sheets and support onboarding.
Requirements:
Open to current students or fresh graduates (BBA/MBA/HR background is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel and job platforms.
