We are looking for a creative, experienced, and strategic Content Writer & Content Strategist who can plan, write, and manage engaging content for our company and clients.

This role requires someone who can think creatively and strategically, similar to a journalist or content researcher—someone who researches deeply, understands the audience, identifies stories and opportunities, and develops original content ideas and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Create engaging reel scripts, captions, blogs, campaign content, and social media content.
- Develop creative content ideas and content strategies for the company and clients.
- Think strategically about how content can support branding, marketing, and business growth.
- Research industry trends, competitors, audience interests, and current topics.
- Research and develop original ideas with a journalist-like approach—observing, questioning, researching, and finding interesting stories and angles.
- Create content strategies based on the brand's target audience and business objectives.
- Work closely with the design, video, and marketing teams.
- Build engaging, creative, and brand-focused content.
- Bring fresh ideas and proactively suggest new campaigns and content opportunities.
- Develop original content through personal research, creativity,



and strategic thinking—not simply by relying on ChatGPT or other AI tools.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in content writing and content strategy.
- Strong writing, storytelling, research, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to independently plan content strategies for brands and companies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, branding, content trends, and audience behaviour.
- A curious and research-oriented mindset, with the ability to think like a journalist and strategist.
- Ability to generate original ideas and turn them into effective content campaigns.
- Experience in real estate or a creative/digital marketing agency will be an added advantage.
- SEO experience is NOT required.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who does more than just write content. We need a creative thinker and strategist who can understand a brand, research its market and audience, and independently create strong content ideas and strategies.

Original thinking, research skills, creativity, and strategic planning are more significant to us than simply using AI tools to generate content.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
