We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious TFH Operator to manage, monitor, and maintain our Thermic Fluid Heater system. In this role, you will ensure optimal machine performance, track operational metrics, and maintain strict adherence to workplace safety standards to support continuous factory production.
Key Responsibilities
Operation & Setup
Start up, calibrate, and operate the TFH equipment according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Monitor critical parameters, including system temperature, pressure, and operational cycles. Adjust controls to maintain optimal fluid and heat output levels across production lines. Manage raw inputs, such as fuel/LPG levels or plywood raw materials, that are required for daily operations.
Quality & Monitoring
Perform regular operator rounds to inspect equipment lines and check for system leaks.Ensure output quality aligns perfectly with factory specifications and design parameters.Log data systematically, recording operational hours, fuel consumption, and defect rates.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Execute basic preventive maintenance including lubricating parts and checking filter states.Troubleshoot minor malfunctions quickly to minimize factory downtime.Report major faults and coordinate repair work with the senior engineering team.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to safety rules, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Maintain cleanliness in and around the localized TFH station area.Follow industry emergency protocols regarding hot systems and pressurized equipment
