Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end HIMS implementation across hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Understand hospital workflows including OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Nursing & Administration.
- Gather requirements from hospital stakeholders and map them with HIMS functionalities.
- Configure HIMS modules according to hospital processes and requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, Product, Development, QA and Support teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training and UAT.
- Provide support during Go-Live and ensure smooth system adoption.
- Identify and troubleshoot implementation-related issues.
- Maintain project trackers, implementation reports and documentation.




- Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback.
