Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.

- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.

- Support onboarding and employee documentation.

- Maintain HR records and recruitment trackers.

- Assist the HR team with day-to-day activities.

- Coordinate with candidates and employees as required.

Requirements:

- Pursuing MBA, preferably HR specialization.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

- Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.
