We are a growing company looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and self-sufficient HR Generalist/Manager to join us as our very first HR hire. Since we do not have existing HR software or digital tools, you will be entirely responsible for building our HR processes from the ground up, manually managing the employee lifecycle, and driving talent acquisition.Your primary focus will be recruiting high-performing Public Relations Officers (PROs), manually tracking their attendance and daily work outputs, setting their performance goals, and conducting regular reviews to ensure company growth.Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard skilled Public Relations Officers (PROs) to expand our public outreach team.
- Process & System Setup: Create and maintain manual tracking systems (using spreadsheets or document templates) for employee files, attendance records, and performance metrics.
- Attendance & Output Tracking: Manually monitor and audit daily logins, check-ins, and daily work outputs of the PRO team to ensure strict policy compliance.
- Performance Management:



Collaborate with leadership to establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the PRO team, conduct quarterly check-ins, and execute annual performance reviews.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues, manage workplace relations, and ensure all manual practices align with labor regulations.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably as a solo HR professional or in a startup/growing company environment.
- Proven experience recruiting specialized roles, ideally in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications.
- High proficiency in manually organizing data using basic tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Solid ability to establish structure, policies, and workflows where none currently exist.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
