Key Responsibilities

- Supervising day-to-day construction site activities
- Coordinating with workers and contractors
- Monitoring manpower and work progress
- Ensuring proper use and handling of materials
- Maintaining discipline and coordination at the site
- Reporting daily work progress
- Ensuring work is completed as planned

What We’re Looking For

Responsible and hardworking attitude
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage and coordinate workers
Willingness to work at construction sites
Ability to learn and take responsibility
