* Scout assigned territories to identify ongoing construction activities
* Conduct regular visits to construction sites
* Build relationships with architects, contractors, fabricators, and other stakeholders
* Collect detailed project information (stage, size, involved parties, etc.)
* Identify potential business opportunities
* Generate and report qualified leads
* Maintain accurate records of daily visits and project updates
* Gather competitor insights and market intelligence
