Front Desk & Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and presentable Front Desk & Customer Relations Executive who will be responsible for creating a welcoming customer experience, handling customers professionally, and supporting the brand’s social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and interact with customers in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive overall customer experience.
- Manage and respond to social media interactions, messages, and comments.
- Assist in creating and coordinating social media content and promotions.
- Represent the brand confidently and maintain a professional appearance.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth day-to-day customer handling.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Experience

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, front office, or social media handling will be an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
