K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is one of India's largest education service providers, managing 125+ branches of Orchids The International School across the country. We deliver academic, operational and administrative excellence in K-12 education, and we are now expanding our Coimbatore admissions and business development team.

We are hiring for four positions. Please mention the role you are applying for in your application.

ROLE 1: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

Location: Bangalore

Pay: ₹5,00,000 fixed + up to ₹2,00,000 performance incentive per annum (₹7 LPA CTC)

Responsibilities

- Drive student admissions through lead generation and conversion activities
- Plan and execute BTL and field marketing activities across the local catchment
- Build partnerships with preschools, tutors and local channels to generate admissions
- Organise admission drives, outreach activities and events
- Track performance, analyse campaign outcomes and share reports
- Eventually manage and guide a team of 5–10 members to achieve admission and revenue targets

Qualification

- MBA in Marketing, Sales or Business Management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with field work and direct stakeholder interaction
- Target-driven and execution-focused

ROLE 2: PARENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (PRM)

Location: Banagalore

Pay: ₹4,00,000 fixed + up to ₹1,00,000 performance incentive per annum (₹5 LPA CTC) (depending on qualification)

Responsibilities





- Serve as the primary contact for prospective and existing parents through the full admission journey
- Handle leads from digital campaigns, events, referrals and walk-ins; conduct calls, schedule counselling sessions and follow up to improve conversions
- Guide parents through admission and documentation; support branch admission targets
- Maintain CRM records, track conversion metrics and prepare activity reports
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Academics and Leadership teams

ROLE 3: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA)

- Location - Bangalore
- Pay: ₹3,00,000 fixed + ₹1,00,000 variable per annum (₹4 LPA CTC)

Responsibilities

- Follow up with prospective parents on leads generated by the PRO team and marketing campaigns
- Counsel parents on curriculum, facilities and fee structure; schedule campus visits and maintain follow-ups
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Update all calls, follow-ups and admission statuses in the CRM; submit daily, weekly and monthly reports

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil
- Solid convincing, negotiation and counselling skills




- Target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems

PARENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (PRO)

- Location - Bangalore
- Pay: ₹2,50,000 fixed + ₹1,00,000 variable per annum (₹3.5 LPA CTC)

Responsibilities

- Conduct field marketing in apartments, gated communities, parks, malls and residential areas to generate quality admission leads
- Organise and represent the school at weekend promotional events
- Upload leads into the CRM/portal accurately and maintain daily activity records
- Explain curriculum, facilities and offerings to parents; coordinate with the admissions team for conversions

Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline; freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Confident, outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work extensively in the field
- Basic computer knowledge for CRM updates
