Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth, generate leads, and build robust client relationships for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and opportunities.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in BDE/Business Development/Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Good knowledge of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, e-commerce, or digital solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
