Full Job Description – Car Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Car Sales Executive will handle customer enquiries, generate leads, explain vehicle features and offers, conduct test drives, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into bookings and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend walk-in, telephone, digital, and referral enquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models and variants.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Generate new business through calling, references, market visits, and local networking.
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up, booking, and delivery records in DMS.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accounts, and Delivery teams.
- Assist customers with documentation and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Build customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on products, competitors,



and current market offers.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 1–4 years of experience in automobile, retail, or customer-facing sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer handling and follow-up ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of finance, insurance, and vehicle documentation.
- Comfortable using CRM/DMS and basic computer applications.
- Valid driving licence preferred.

- Monthly vehicle sales.
- Enquiry-to-booking conversion.
- Booking-to-delivery conversion.
- Test-drive conversion.
- Lead follow-up performance.
- Customer satisfaction and referrals.
