We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our project execution team for a major CPWD EPC project at AIIMS Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh.

The engineer will be responsible for electrical site execution, E&M; coordination, drawings, measurements, billing, testing and commissioning, subcontractor/vendor coordination and interaction with CPWD/consultants.

The NIT includes internal and external electrical installations, cabling, rising mains, street lighting, HVAC, mechanical ventilation, firefighting, fire alarm, UPS, LAN, IBMS, access control, CCTV, lifts, pumps, ETP and other E&M; services.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day electrical and E&M; site execution.
- Handle LT panels, DBs, cables, cable trays, earthing, lighting and power distribution works.
- Read and coordinate SLDs, electrical layouts, cable schedules and shop drawings.
- Prepare/check BOQ, quantities and site measurements.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills and subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate electrical requirements with HVAC, BSL, fire alarm, fire fighting, BMS/IBMS, UPS, CCTV and other E&M; services.
- Coordinate with CPWD officials, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor material approvals, quality,



testing and commissioning.
- Maintain DPR, inspection records, testing reports and other project documentation.

The NIT covers extensive E&M; services including electrical installations, HVAC, fire fighting, fire alarm, UPS, LAN, IBMS, CCTV, access control and other specialized services.

Must Have Knowledge

- CPWD / Government E&M; procedures
- RA Bills, measurements and MB-related documentation
- BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
- Electrical SLDs and drawings
- LT panels, DBs, cables and earthing
- Testing & commissioning
- Material reconciliation
- AutoCAD & MS Excel
- Coordination with HVAC/MEP services

Required Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in CPWD / Government / EPC projects preferred
- Robust experience in building electrical and E&M; execution
- Experience handling measurements, billing and subcontractors
- Experience in testing & commissioning preferred
- Candidates with institutional, hospital, laboratory or large-scale building experience will be preferred.
