Job Summary

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Analyze revenue, margins, utilization, headcount, and operating expenses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide timely financial analysis and actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key variances and recommending corrective actions.
Drive monthly business reviews, financial reporting, and management presentations.
Partner with business, operations, HR, and delivery teams to improve financial performance and resource productivity.
Support pricing reviews, investment decisions, business cases, and profitability assessments.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards,



and KPIs to track organizational performance.
Ensure data accuracy and strengthen financial controls, governance processes, and compliance requirements.
Lead ad hoc financial analysis related to growth initiatives, client profitability, cost optimization, and transformation programs.
Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
