About the Role

We are looking for a Wellness Counselor – D2C Sales & Conversions who will be responsible for converting inbound leads and customer enquiries into successful consultations, appointments, treatment plans, packages, and product/service sales.

The ideal candidate should have robust sales, counselling, communication, follow-up, and conversion skills, with the ability to understand customer concerns and recommend suitable skincare and wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle D2C leads and customer enquiries received through digital channels, website, social media, campaigns, WhatsApp, calls, and other platforms.
- Connect with leads promptly and understand their skincare, hair, wellness, and aesthetic requirements.
- Counsel customers and recommend suitable services, treatments, packages, and products as per company guidelines.
- Convert leads into paid consultations, appointments, treatment plans, packages, and sales.
- Drive lead-to-sale and enquiry-to-conversion through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.




- Handle customer objections related to pricing, treatment, packages, timelines, and other concerns.
- Build customer trust and create a strong customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain detailed lead and customer information in the CRM / sales system.
- Track every lead from initial enquiry to conversion and ensure timely follow-up.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services, packages, and products.
- Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat purchases, repeat appointments, and treatment continuation.
- Work closely with clinic, doctor, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer conversion and fulfilment.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, conversion, revenue, and customer retention targets.
- Participate in D2C campaigns, promotional activities, offers, and sales initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of customer communication and ensure all interactions are professional and solution-oriented.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
