About the Role

Do you enjoy talking to people, understanding their concerns, and helping them?

We’re looking for a Health Counselor to connect with patients exploring non-surgical cardiac healthcare options. This is not a field sales job. You’ll be trained to communicate with patients, explain their healthcare journey, coordinate doctor consultations, and provide thoughtful follow-up.

What You'll Do

· Speak with patients over calls & WhatsApp.

· Understand concerns and explain healthcare services simply.

· Coordinate consultations with doctors and healthcare experts.

· Follow up with patients and provide ongoing support.

· Share educational content, videos & healthcare resources.





· Support social media and health awareness activities.

· Maintain patient records and follow-ups.

Who Can Apply?

· Freshers are welcome to apply.

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Solid Hindi communication skills; English is an advantage.

· Confident, empathetic, and comfortable speaking with people.

· Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.

· Candidates from healthcare, psychology, nursing, nutrition, physiotherapy, pharmacy, customer support, or similar backgrounds are preferred.
