Position Overview

We are an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner helping organizations modernize applications, data platforms, and enterprise AI on AWS. We specialize in cloud migration, data warehouse modernization, AI agents, generative AI, intelligent automation, and AIOps. Through our consulting-on-demand offering available via AWS Marketplace, we accelerate delivery with AWS-native architectures, AI-driven execution, and proven modernization frameworks. Our team partners with organizations across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, media, public sector, and technology to deliver secure, production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.

You'll be the day-to-day face of our client engagements, serving as the person clients trust, engineers take direction from, and leadership relies on to keep delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities

- Own client communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead technical discovery calls and solution discussions with US-based enterprise customers.
- Coordinate offshore engineering teams to ensure transparent requirements and on-time delivery.
- Take complete ownership of deliverable milestones and effectively manage milestone-based timesheets.
- Track scope, risks, timelines, and proactively flag/resolve delivery blockers before they become client issues.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, security, and technical standards.

Required Qualifications





- You must have delivered AWS-based projects end-to-end and be able to hold confident technical conversations with enterprise clients about how cloud, data, and AI solutions are built and delivered.
- We need someone coming from a company doing exactly what you will be doing for us. You must be stepping directly from a comparable agency/consulting role into this one.
- Proven technical leadership background, evidenced by previous roles such as Solution Architect, Lead Engineer, or Lead Technical Delivery Lead.
- Mandatory prior experience working in an agency or consulting environment (freelance-only backgrounds are not a fit for this role).
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in the database world.
- Hands-on delivery of projects using core AWS services: S3, EC2/ECS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch.
- Data pipeline, Data Lakes, and ETL project delivery (Glue, Athena, Redshift, or similar).
- AI/ML, GenAI, and AI Agents project delivery (SageMaker, Bedrock, or similar).
- CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Available and responsive during US working hours.
- Fluent in English with strong professional communication, both written and verbal.
- Someone our enterprise clients would immediately trust and enjoy working with.

Preferred Qualifications

- AWS certification is a plus, not a requirement.
