Job description of Data entry operator/Purchase dept- assistant
- Accuracy of purchase data entry.
- Timeliness of PO and purchase data updates.
- Accuracy of vendor and material records.
- Timely preparation of purchase reports.
- Proper documentation and filing.
- Reduction in data-entry errors.
- Timely coordination with Purchase, Stores and Accounts departments.
