We are looking for a skilled and responsible Architect to join our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for residential house planning, architectural drawings, client coordination, and site-related design work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare residential house plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical designs.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, civil engineers, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure work is progressing according to approved drawings.
- Make necessary changes in drawings based on site conditions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings for construction execution.
- Assist with material selection, finishes, and design specifications.
- Coordinate with clients regarding design changes and approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.
- Ensure designs follow applicable building standards and local regulations.
Qualification
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
from a recognized institution.
- Good knowledge of residential building planning and design.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and building materials.
- AutoCAD proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D visualization, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in residential architecture/construction is preferred.
- Freshers with positive technical knowledge and strong AutoCAD skills may also be considered.
