Ayyappar Solutions Private Limited is looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our sales team.

The selected candidates will visit assigned stores/locations, interact with customers, promote company services and achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

*Visit approximately 10 assigned stores/locations per day.

*Generate leads and convert them into sales.

*Explain company products/services to customers.

*Maintain good customer relationships.

*Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

*Submit daily activity and sales reports.

*Coordinate with the Team Leader and Manager for sales guidance. Attend training and team meetings.

*Follow company policies and procedures.

Salary & Perks Starting Salary: ₹18,000 per month

*Good Tamil communication skills. Basic English communication skills.

*Smartphone required. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required as applicable.

*Willing to work in the field and travel within assigned locations. Hardworking and target-oriented.

*Good communication and customer-handling skills.
