SAP QM ConsultantJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with 5–8 years of relevant experience to support the design, implementation, testing, data migration, and deployment of SAP QM solutions. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in quality management processes and be capable of working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP QM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and document SAP QM solutions aligned with business and quality-management requirements.
- Design and configure inspection processes, including inspection planning, inspection lots, results recording, and usage decisions.
- Develop and implement Quality Notification and CAPA frameworks.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications for SAP QM enhancements and integrations.
- Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and support UAT execution and sign-off.
- Define and execute data migration and validation strategies for SAP QM master and transactional data.
- Prepare detailed cutover, deployment, and go-live plans.
- Support go-live activities, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Develop training materials and knowledge-transfer documentation for business users and support teams.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP QM solutions.
- Ensure SAP QM processes comply with defined quality standards, business requirements, and project objectives.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM implementation/support projects.
- Positive understanding of quality inspection and quality notification processes.
- Experience in documentation, testing, migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
- 15 years of full-time formal education is mandatory.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Work Location

Client Onsite – Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

This is a fully onsite client project. The selected candidate will be required to work exclusively from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. All project activities and resource deployment will be carried out from the client site.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess strong SAP QM functional expertise, excellent documentation and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to independently manage quality-management deliverables across the project lifecycle—from solution design and testing through migration, cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
