What your role will entail:

- Support in implementing recruitment strategy and drive the recruitment and selection process right from sourcing to hiring
- Create a database of candidates and pipeline for potential candidates and
- Maintaining various Recruitment dashboards
- Support the onboarding process for recent employees and assist with other day-to-day HR operational activities.
- Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates and ensure timely documentation of the feedback received.

What you need for this Position:

Experience:

- Candidates with minimum 1 year of Recruitment experience are preferred. Fresh MBA HR graduates can also apply

Knowledge/Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in the use of the MS office toolkit
- Ability to connect with Colleges/Institutes for talent sourcing

Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Preferably in Human Resources)

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
