Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain Royal Enfield products, offers, finance options and showroom services.
- Follow up with sales leads and customer enquiries regularly.
- Schedule showroom visits and test rides.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales Consultants for lead conversion.
- Contact customers for feedback and customer satisfaction.




- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned leads.
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work with targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
