Corporate Lawyer (Retainership)

Position: Corporate Lawyer
Engagement Type: Retainership
Monthly Retainership: ₹10,000-₹15,000
Location: Noida (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to work with us on a retainership basis and provide ongoing legal support for our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs and other legal documents.
- Provide legal support on corporate, commercial and business-related matters.
- Review agreements with clients, vendors, partners, employees and other stakeholders.
- Assist with legal compliance, company documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely legal advice to the management team on day-to-day business matters.
- Help identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support the company with documentation related to partnerships, investments, fundraising and other corporate transactions, whenever required.
- Coordinate with external legal professionals or authorities when necessary.

Requirements

- LL.B.



degree from a recognised institution.
- Relevant experience in corporate law, commercial contracts and business compliance.
- Strong drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Indian corporate and business laws.
- Ability to provide practical and business-oriented legal advice.
- Strong communication and responsiveness.

Engagement Details

This is a retainer-based engagement with a monthly retainership of ₹10,000-₹15,000. The scope of work will primarily involve ongoing legal consultation, contract review and drafting, and other corporate legal requirements as mutually agreed.

Note: This role is ideal for an independent lawyer or legal skilled looking for a long-term association with a growing company.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
