Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with patients and their attendants from admission to discharge.
- Guide patients regarding hospital procedures, appointments, admissions, and services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, TPA, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth patient movement and timely services.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Assist patients in admission, discharge, investigations, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain proper patient records and daily coordination reports.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and provide a positive hospital experience.

Eligibility:

- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in Hospital/Healthcare preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patients and attendants professionally.
- Knowledge of hospital operations will be an added advantage.
- Rotational shift(Night shift also)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
