About the Role

We are looking for confident and motivated Tele-Sales Executives to join our team. The role is focused on selling sexual wellness and sexual health medicines/products to customers through phone-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to customers and explain our sexual wellness and sexual health medicines.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products as per company guidelines.
- Confidently explain product usage, pricing, offers and other relevant information.
- Convert customer conversations into successful sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain proper customer and sales details in the CRM/dialer.
- Follow the company's sales process and calling guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while discussing sensitive customer requirements.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Comfortable talking about sexual wellness and sexual health products medicines with customers.
- Confident and comfortable handling sensitive conversations professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- BPO, telecalling, telesales or direct sales experience will be an added advantage.

Salary

Salary and incentives will be based on experience and company policy.

Working Details

- 6 working days and 1 weekly off.
- Shift timings as per business requirements.
- Training will be provided.
- Incentives may be provided based on sales performance.

Candidates must be comfortable selling sexual wellness/sexual health medicines and products and should be able to communicate with customers professionally and respectfully.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
