Key Responsibilities

✔ Product listing, cataloguing, order booking & processing

✔ Inventory tracking & synchronization across platforms

✔ Handling logistics & operational coordination

✔ Monitoring listing quality & marketplace compliance

✔ Maintaining and upgrading brand content (A+ content, creatives, errors reporting)

✔ Tracking marketplace performance – sales, conversions, feedback

✔Managing buyer queries (orders, returns, product information)

✔ Supporting promotions, campaigns & deals

Desired Skills

Strong MS Excel skills (formulas,



VLOOKUP preferred)

Excellent computer proficiency

Good English & communication skills

E-commerce experience (Amazon/Flipkart preferred)

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work on sales targets
