Job Title: Admission Counselor (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven freshers to join as Training & Placement Counselors. The role involves handling student inquiries, guiding them on career courses, and supporting the end-to-end admission process, along with basic placement coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions

- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students about courses, career scope, and placements.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Assist in completing admission formalities and documentation.
- Maintain student records and update CRM data.

Training Coordination

- Help students understand course schedules and training modules.
- Coordinate with trainers for batch allocation.
- Track attendance and student progress.

Placement Support

- Support students with basic resume preparation.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and placement drives.




- Maintain placement-related student data.

Skills Required

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and convincing ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate (MBA / HR / Marketing preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong interest in counseling, sales, or HR roles
- Good spoken English and local language proficiency
- Immediate joiners preferred
